If, for any reason you would like to return your planning tool for a full refund (less shipping), you must notify our office by email [email protected] or by fax (905-639-9909) within 10 calendar days of receipt of item. Upon receipt of your intent to return, we will provide you with RETURN INSTRUCTIONS on how to send back the item. It is important that you follow the return instructions to avoid any restocking fees or other charges that may apply.
Item(s) MUST be returned in its original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. ViewIT Technologies must receive the returned item within 14 days of sending Return Instructions to avoid any re-stocking fees
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected by ViewIT, we will contact you (via e-mail or telephone) to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment as used on original purchase. If the refund/exchange has been approved, the transaction will be processed, and/or a credit will be made original method of payment. Please as quickly as possible.

We will offer an exchange up to 30 days from date of original delivery. You must notify us of your intent to exchange for an item (or items) of equal or greater value within this 30 calendar-day period. Additional shipping may apply. Item MUST be returned in its original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
i) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to ViewIT Technologies error.
ii) Any item that is returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) authorizing the return.
iii) Any item after 30 days from original delivery.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any unauthorized returns may incur additional shipping/brokerage charges, and may void any ability to return your purchase.
All physical ViewIT Technologies planner products come with a 1 (one) year manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover lost parts, or damaged caused by being dropped.
Any item that has been received in damaged condition shall be subject to review by ViewIT Technologies. If you believe your product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon opening (1-800-449-9984). Do not throw out packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund for an approved claim, follow these steps:
1. Re-check your bank account/statement.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can order replacement parts by contacting [email protected], or by fax to 905-639-9909. Please send us a list of items needed, with contact details and shipping address. Fees for parts may apply. Mailing costs will apply for each order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, a refund will be provided to the gift giver/purchaser.
